In that role, Bill led the company for nearly 5 years through its most dynamic, challenging and exciting growth period to date. Prior to that, he was the President of Beiersdorf North America (Nivea, Eucerin, Aquaphor brands).  Bill joined Beiersdorf as Vice President, Sales where he led the significant growth turnaround of its US business.
