Bill Graham

Chief Executive Officer

Bill Graham joined Bel USA in September 2018 from MOM Group-Materne, GoGo Squeez North America where he held the role of President/General Manager since 2014. In that role, Bill led the company for nearly 5 years through its most dynamic, challenging and exciting growth period to date. Prior to that, he was the President of Beiersdorf North America (Nivea, Eucerin, Aquaphor brands).  Bill joined Beiersdorf as Vice President, Sales where he led the significant growth turnaround of its US business.

Bill began his career with Unilever, where he held a variety of Sales leadership roles, before accepting the position of Vice-President Sales at Bristol Myers-Squibb. He later joined Novartis as VP Customer Development through its acquisition of Bristol-Myers’ Consumer division.

On a personal note, Bill is the proud father of three daughters, Megan, Katie and Kristen and has been married to, in his own words, his “better half”, Karen, for 24+ years. The family is rounded out with two Labradors named Nelly and Cole. Bill is also quite the athlete—he is a Wisconsin State Cycling Champion and has jogged both the New York and Chicago Marathons!

I believe in encouraging teamwork at all levels and I’m known for echoing the phrase “One Team, One Dream” to reinforce that we all must work together to reach our common goals.

Kerri Gollias joined Bel in June 2015 as the Director of Human Resources, US Corporate. In 2017, she was appointed Vice President of Human Resources, Americas where her core responsibilities include partnering with the Americas and US Leadership Teams to deliver Bel US’ long-term strategy and business objectives, and leading the Americas HR team in strategic development, planning, and implementation of key HR initiatives and practices to meet Bel’s growth ambitions.

During her time with Bel USA, Kerri has found being part of the organization’s HR organization very exciting and rewarding. This includes being able to partner with leaders and employees to drive business results, working together to build employee engagement and cultivating a dynamic and values-based culture.

Kerri received a Master’s Degree in Labor and HR from Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and a Bachelors of Communications from the University of Dayton. When she is not at Bel, Kerri loves spending time with friends and family. She and her husband enjoy cheering their children on at their various activities ranging from gymnastics competitions to football and baseball games. They also enjoy taking advantage of Chicago’s wonderful city life on occasions when they have time away from their home in suburbs.

Antoine has been with Bel for 14 years, first starting his career with the company in the role of Merger and Acquisitions Manager based in Paris. In 2017, Antoine joined Bel Brands USA in the role of Chief Financial Officer. In this position, he serves on the US Leadership Team in an executive role where he provides leadership, direction and overall management of the Finance and Accounting departments including managing the processes for financial reporting and budgets.

Antoine also provides strategic recommendations to the CEO and other members of the executive management team, in addition to establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and shareholders. One of the most important aspects of his position is safeguarding the assets of the company by ensuring the proper level of control is implemented throughout the organization.

Antoine holds a Master’s Degree from ESSEC in France and a Bachelor’s Degree from Paris IX Dauphine in France. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time on golf courses around Chicago, also at the beaches in Chicago and the south of France during the summer months, building sandcastles with his daughter as well as hiking with friends in the French Alps.

Shannon Maher

Shannon Maher

Vice President, Marketing

Shannon has been with Bel for a combined 6 years, first starting her career with the organization in 2010 as Associate Brand Manager. Shannon progressed to the position of Senior Director, Mini Babybel in 2017 before being promoted to her most recent role as Vice-President, Marketing. In her current position, Shannon leads brand strategy, marketing communication development and innovation for Bel’s brands including Mini Babybel, The Laughing Cow, Boursin, Kaukauna, Merkts, Owl’s Nest and Price*s. Among her numerous achievements on the marketing team, one of Shannon’s most proud accomplishments was leading development and execution of Bel Brands USA’s multi-year strategic alliance with Disney. Mini Babybel is the Official Snack Cheese of Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, the Disneyland Resort in California and Disney Cruise Line!

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Kansas. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, running and walking her rescue dog, Norman. She currently resides in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago with her husband and two-year-old daughter.

I receive inspiration from working with really great, talented people who inspire me every day to do better!  Bel is a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere that allows everyone in the organization to truly make an impact. In my current leadership role, I hope to be able to inspire my team and continue to make an impact on the future of Bel.

Benoit Poignant

Executive VP, Manufacturing

Benoit Poignant has been with Bel for the past five years; his first role was Group Engineering Director. Benoit’s current role is Executive Vice President of Manufacturing where he is responsible for the Manufacturing Operations in the Americas where his core responsibilities include leading manufacturing excellence in terms of safety, quality, productivity, delivery, environment and cost. He is also in charge of Industrial P&L, Sourcing, and Product Innovation.

One of Benoit’s proudest accomplishments in this role is reducing the number of safety accidents by half at the Group level, starting new plant sites in USA, Vietnam, Iran, Ivory Cost & Canada). He is also proud of developing new talents across our global organization.

Benoit’s educational background includes a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering. He has lived in France, China, Belgium and now the US and truly enjoys working in diverse cultures and environments. In his spare time, he enjoys kart races and has not lost a race so far! He also enjoys golfing and has had a hole-in-one on a 160-yard hole.

In Bel, I feel that my ideas are valued and that I can make the difference. I have the full support from our global leadership team to drive the change with a clear impact on our people, our organization and the business.

Cindy joined Bel USA in 2018 in the role of VP, Supply Chain. She joined our organization from Home Products Inc. where she led logistics, transportation and customer service across multiple locations. Cindy brings proven success in leadership roles across multiple areas of Supply Chain, with expertise in logistics, S&OP, inventory planning and control, procurement, strategic sourcing and contract manufacturing as well as experience in operations, quality, packaging and engineering.

Cindy was previously employed with Beiersdorf North America for nearly 20 years, where she held various director and managerial roles in the US and Canada.

She earned an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
